A Brief History of DE・NI

Originating from Miyazaki, DE・NI opened its first store in April 2022, aiming to craft unforgettable taste of Danish pastries. The Fukuoka branch, launched in October 2023, continues this tradition, offering a wide array of pastries that cater to various tastes.

What Makes DE・NI Special?

Artisanal Craftsmanship

DE・NI’s Danish is made with a unique blend of flour developed specifically for Danish and carefully selected Japanese fermented butter, and four different types of dough are used for each product. Even the number of times the dough is folded in and the baking time are carefully adjusted, so that the crispy texture can be enjoyed even the next day.

In addition, the fruits and ingredients used are carefully selected only after the staff has actually tasted them and found them to be “truly delicious. This attention to detail has resulted in the “ultimate Danish,” with its beautiful cake-like visuals and savory flavor.

• Recommend👍: My personal recommendation is not the fruit Danish, but the “Creme regele,” which had an exquisite texture that I have never had anywhere else, and the cream was delicious and exquisite. (Right side of the image below)
